Yum for you!! ;) Vkusna!!(means Tasty!) You look very good, rested and happy. I know a store in Tacoma that sells salo (white bacon), so you can always have a supply of your new favorite treat. (some call it a Ukrainian "Snickers" bar). Luba.
"Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your father which is in heaven."
I am almost 49 years old. I am married to an amazing man, as are all women. My amazing man loves me unconditionally and has taken care of me for 23 years. His name is Brian. The Lord blessed us with a son, David. He is 20 years old and lives here in our home. I have a daughter, Brianna, 17, who is married and along with her husband, Matt, is headed to Master's college in Santa Clarita, California.
I came to know the Lord as my Saviour August 30, 2009. The Lord allowed me to be adopted twice, once when I was three, by my maternal grandparents, and then by Him at the age of 48.
My life has truly been a journey, with many valleys, and mountains and plains. The Lord has asked me to live the verse Philippians 3:10, "That I may know Him, and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of his suffering, being made conformable unto his death."
How interesting!! I look forward to finding out what that is!
